I am a female with long straight hair. Over the years, I experienced hair fall due to water, anemia and lack of proper care.
Its still there but I am managing it.
The problem I face is that I have dandruff, itchy scalp, dry hair, tangled and split ends. It gets tangled so much like if I brush my hair and keep it open or braid it, after few hrs or after sleep, it is so tangled that there is alot of hair breakage.
It also takes alot of time to dry my hair.
I want to work to fix the issues.
My routine
- hair oil once a week. Rosemary and jojoba oil mix on scalp with massage. Argon oil on lengths. Leave for few hrs before wash
- wash hair with shampoo once a week
- shower with hot water but wash hair with cold water
- two times shampoo with either conditioner or hair mask
- shampoos i use : redken, nizoral, olaplex, herbal essence. (I rotate between them)
- conditioner : nowadays its essence
- hair mask : nowadays its tsubaki. Before i used dove repair mask
- airdry
- not use towel instead use old shirt or microfiber cloth
- silk pillow case
- only braids or loose bun
What changes I can do? Any suggestions?
