Its not TVs, Robot mowers, or AC units.. But this was is easily in my top five scores of all time after 5+ years in vine lol.

As a guy who loves to work on cars and owns a lot of big machinery like CNC machines and lathes, this WD-40 is a great find. I actually already own every type of this stuff already. A new kind would pop up on my RYF every two hours lol. For reference, I have ordered some of these WD-40 sprays from amazon in the past, so might be why I got them on my RFY.

An interesting thing about these though that some of the newer viners might want to pay attention to. These were all sold by amazon itself. So they got the amazon ETV discount. (For some reason amazon discounts the ETV of items it is selling. Which is different from most of the 3rd party sellers. This discount can range from 10% to 100%)

Almost all of these 6 packs where $79.99 retail. Some are zero items as you can see. Others have a 50-55% discount. One is $37.60. Another $38.48. Then $39.08. I've seen lots of different levels of this discount and don't have a clue why certain things get certain amounts.

Books will be 50% a lot of the time, but those are pretty rare. I saw someone posting a photo of a kitchenaid espresso machine yesterday that was at 15%. The most common amount is probably 30% though.

This is just something to keep in mind when looking at items. If amazon is the seller, then the item is less of a gamble because of the lower ETV.

Has anyone tried adjusting a meanwell power supply on the fly?

So I just hooked up my meanwell 600w unit to 3 NerdQaxes. I had adjusted the voltage before hooking it up to anything, and it was at a steady 12.1 volts. Now that I have 3 miners hooked to it the voltage dropped to 11.7 for each. So I really need to bump it up a tad.

Not sure the best way to do this with the miners. I could disconnect them all, then bump it up to something like 12.5 with no load. Then put the load back on and see.

Or I can just adjust it now with the miners hooked up and watch it carefully. I know I would have to go very slowly, as the dial on a mean well power supply seems sensitive.

I'm torn, so was hoping for either a Yay or Na you stupid idioit lol.

Hey, I need a 3d printer to do some stands and stuff. What are you guys using?

Rather ask someone in here instead of the 3d printer groups.

What are you using to print your stuff?

I need to get a printer and learn and start printing my own stuff. I had been having my brother do it for me, I bought him a Bambo 3d printer a couple years ago. But he now has started working as a pipeliner again and isn't home for most of the year.

The only printer I know well is the Bambo ones, but not sure I want to get into them with their eco system now. Being kinda closed. Rather use something open source.

I have skills, so don't need some super easy system. I own a cabinet shop and have been running CNC machines and laser engravers for years. I would even gladly build a 3d printer from parts if I had to.

Mainly want it to print out some stands and stuff for all my miners.

I've tried searching and looking at reviews and best of list. But they all look the same now. Budget? Under $1000. Any money spent on a printer is money not spent on miners 😄

Anyone tried putting their miners on an Anti Static Mat?

So I'm a bit worried about static eletricity. I was trying to find a good place to park all my NerdQaxes now that I have most of the modded and setup well. I placed one on a shelf and everytime I put my hand near it you can hear/feel/see the static charge jump over to it. Usually as I was trying to see how much air the fan was putting out. Or just to move the thing.

I do not know how well it might be grounded with the 12v xt 30 plug and transformer and stuff. So I was thinking of getting some type of mat to place them all on. Just as a safety. Would be a shame to fry a chip, and its totatlly possible.

Anyone done something like that?
