Hi everyone! I’m (23 MTF) am moving to Philly to work with Americorps and am looking for a sublet or room for rent that I can move into before August 3rd. The absolute maximum I can pay is $850, but I would prefer to keep it below that price. I’m fairly quiet but love to make friends with my roommates in addition to cooking, listening to music, and playing video games and board games.Please DM me with any information. 

Additionally, if anyone is looking for a roommate I’m more than happy to room with others. I prefer other queer people, but I am open to anyone that is accepting. Like I said, I love making new friends and am fairly quiet and tidy.
