How to best store a beef Wellington for 2-3 days to preserve the pastry

(To the mods, this is not a food safety post, it is about quality preservation)

Firstly, yes I know that I should not have made this if I couldn’t eat it that night. I intended on cooking it tonight but can’t anymore and now I won’t be able to eat it until the day after tomorrow.

Is the best way to store this to freeze it until I can eat it then let it thaw and cook normally? Or is there a better way to store this for a couple days? I assume leaving it in the fridge will result in juices or moisture from the beef or mushroom soaking in to the pastry, although there should not be much moisture in the mushroom if I did it correctly.

Thanks in advance for any advice you have.

Hi all, I’ve had a black and chestnut pair for almost 5 years now and just noticed they’re starting to lose their shape a little. Wondering if you can point me in the direction of a good quality pair of shoe trees that aren’t the RM Williams brand? I don’t fancy spending $200 on shoe trees when you can get them much cheaper elsewhere.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

I’m going to do a pct soon after being on blast n cruise for 5 years, which is probably going to be rough as fuck but I’m still young, only 25 years so hopefully can get it back to normal after 6-12 months. I’m mainly wondering when to commence HCG and Serms for my pct, I’ve seen differing opinions on this, so wondering which strategy is best and why? I’ve read that it’s best to start Hcg and Serms just before test clears your system, others say to start Hcg and serms only after the test has cleared.

And before anyone asks, I’m getting off trt as over time it has gradually made me feel worse, anxiety, mood issues, heart palps and estrogen seems be getting harder and harder to manage. When I raise my dose it gets worse and when I lower it I feel better, even when test is below the normal reference range.
