My wife’s car has been leaving these marks on the driveway which are starting to stain it. I’m not sure but I don’t think it’s oil as it’s long streaks when she first drives it in the morning like in photo 2?

Anyone have any ideas what it could be? It’s a 2019 Nissan Qashqai.

We share the driveway with our neighbours so want to make sure we get it fixed and I clean up the mess.
