This job has really taken a toll on me, the only thing keeping me going are my associates but I cant do it anymore. I won't get into it fully but just know I have put a lot of thought into it and have decided I have to get out. My last position will take me back at the same level so I don't necessarily want to work through a 2 week notice either, rather I'd resign immediately.

That being said, I am wondering exactly how to do it. Optimally I would like to limit the contact with my OM, as he is a large reason I am leaving. Can you resign through HR directly? Any advice or instructions would be greatly appreciated.
