I just installed this new direct extruder on my ender 3 v2 neo and now i’m getting this issue when I go to use the machine

I’ve checked to see that the x and y switches both work but the auto leveling sequence is still not working properly

Recently found this piece along with a couple other vintage tees at an estate sale in LA. If anyone has any information on it or knows anything about the history, I’d love to hear it!
