i am from a non tech background and i want to get hire in big4s , commerce graduated, pursuing pgdib and today i thought of learning python just to build a new skill to add into my resume, always heard that its really tough for the non tech background people, still confused that will it be any beneficial in my career because i have seen several posts which requires python even if it is a non tech one, so should i pursue it or not or is it actually tough to learn?

graduated from commerce, pursuing PGDIB from symbiosis, have done data analytics and some internships and have already applied to Deloitte's website for the same positions but it takes so long to hear from them. hey, i have submitted the applications for analyst job roles in kpmg and one of my application is showing "Submitted resume for business review" for 20+ days now and another one is showing the same for a week now, does anyone know what does it mean and how long does it take the hr to revert ?

Took a gap year after graduating from commerce, didnt do much in that year, was preparing for some exams, but now i want to try in big4s and wanna join corporate, currently enrolled in PGDIB from symbiosis, and dont have anything to put on the resume, kindly help and suggest what should i start with?

Gave my virtual screening on 5th may and havent heard back from the hr till now, how long does it actually take to hear back from them, and rest of my applications are still showing new application for over a month now. I have heard referral is v imp to get into big 4s is it so? Does they not recruit from their own application? very confused
