Am I missing something here. Got a cold call from a random number, which was clearly a call centre, offering to reduce my bill by 20% as “Rogers realizes there have been service issues as of late and they want to retain loyal customers”. I suggested a call back tmrw. Anyone else?

EDIT- I asked him to tell me what my current services were (ours is not standard) after he asked for my email to login to my account. He got annoyed and started calling me ma’am. Trying to understand what the scam would be?

Is this still a thing? The reception at Pan Am told me no?
