Coming to Nagoya in mid Oct. to mid Dec. to a Language School. Nagoya JaLS Anyone else?

Hey everyone,

I will be coming to Nagoya for about two months to study at a language school, specifically Nagoya JaLS.

I will be coming here by myself and would love to know if anyone else will be going there. Let me know, and I hope we will be able to meet each other.

I am very excited to join some Nagoya running clubs and do as many cultural activities as possible while I am there. My main purpose is to improve my Japanese language skills as much as possible (Yes, yes, I know two months is not a lot of time, but I will enjoy it as much as I can).

I was also thinking about doing some day trips or weekend trips, but I am still researching what to do. A few years ago, I already visited the Golden Route, and I would like to explore some other locations. One recommendation I received was Nikko.

My Japanese level is not very high, estimated to be around N4, and I am aiming for N3. According to the school, based on the placement test I am around Lessons 40 to 50 in Minna no Nihongo.

I am really excited about this trip, as this will probably be my last chance to take a long “vacation” as a student before getting a full time job.

PS: Any extra Nagoya tips and tricks would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Aerobar position shoulder pain. Thoughts?

Training for longer distances (ex. Ironman) and trying to get my aero position sorted,, but currently have some pain in crotch area after some time and the right shoulder.

Feels like the saddle is a bit too back, but I can't move it forward without tilting the front lower down.

I hope the video is not too cropped. Not much room to record.

Any ideas what’s off?
