The aloe is doing great in hydro. I'm using bio-supersil from bioag at .75 of the low label app rate with Masterblend tomato and vegetable 3 part at 2:1:2 in 4 gallons of water. After the chlorine bubbles off i add .5 tsp of recharge to the reservoir every time I change it with a 1/8 a week after. I change the res once a month. 900+ GPH airpump pushing a 6 inch cylindrical airstone. Ppm around 850 every change.

First time with cacti. I inherited this Christmas cactus in November 2025. It was in poor soil with a hard hydrophobic cap of soil at the top. Hadn't been fed properly in years. And left by a south facing window with to much shade for almost 30 years.

Gave the it a month to acclimate to better light. East facing window with good morning sun and 45 watt blurple grow bulbs for the afternoon and eaving. I then repotted it in December into a potting mix of Fox Farm Ocean Forest cut with perlite and leca expanded clay. I repotted into a 3 gallon container, which I DIY'd into a semi air pot. After another month, I transferred it into my grow tent under a TS3000 420 watt full spectrum light.

With warmer weather, I'm hardening it off to go outside in morning sun and shady afternoons.

Can someone with experience give it a look over for deficiencies. Citrus is my game. I'm new to cacti.
