Does anyone who's forced to wear steel toe normal shoes or just any normal shoes, get pain in their big toes?

I have to wear steel toes at work, and I live in Canada, so there are absolutely no options for barefoot steel toes. Lately my big toes are hurting, because I believe they're being pushed inward because of the non anatomical shape. I'm not sure what to do about it. The shoes are already a size up and wide fit.

Does anyone have to wear supportive insoles in their barefoot shoes to get through a workday?

Or is it just me? I work on concrete all day. I tried for a long time to wear just the shoes. But it felt like my arches were shredding every day. I finally gave in and wear a plantar fasciitis insole in my barefoot shoes. It's helped a ton. I think my feet just can't support me.

How do i keep mold from happening, but keep humidity up?

I have a 4x2x2 pvc enclosure with a radiant heat panel. There's two vents at the back. The sides of the tank and some of the decor had mold all over them. This is the first time in like 5 years of having my ball that this has happened. I don't want it to happen again.

What happens when you hit the maximum pay rate for your group?

You really don't get any more 40 cent raises? Do they eventually raise the maximum?

I bought a new Samsung on financing online. The phone was offered at $12/month. I screenshotted what my cart said for the financing amount when I checked out. Then I got a bill estimate and the financing amount is way higher.

Am I just reading this completely wrong? How do I fix this?
