I watched an episode of Star Trek

I've been really stuck in a depressive episode the past couple of weeks. I haven't been able to do anything that requires any degree of focus or attention and have mostly been doomscrolling pursing one quick dopamine hit after another, or opening up one youtube video and then closing it and opening up another one a minute later. Today I closed all my tabs except Star Trek, sat there, and watched a whole episode. And I enjoyed it.

How worried should I be about false memories?

How worried should i be about certain therapeutic practices? I've read about false memories and suggestive therapy practices, but I don't what qualifies as something that might create a false memory. For instance, if a therapist organically observes something during a session and says "Did X happen when you were a child", would that be suggestive enough on its own to create a false memory? Or would it be more like therapy where you're specifically setting out some time to recover a particular memory? I have a tough time trusting my memories as it is and want to be certain I'm not adding fuel to the fire
