I turned my own breast milk into Butter

I had some breast milk left in my freezer and couldn't bring myself to throw it away.

So obviously I did the sensible thing and tried making butter with it. 😂

500 ml (about 2 cups) of breast milk made this tiny 2.5 g (0.09 oz) piece of butter.

I also taste tested it next to regular butter.

Besides the difference in taste, the human butter was much softer and wetter.

Any idea what could have caused that?
