Surgery? from study? Goldstein?

I've seen quite a lot of people mentioned Doctor Goldstein but I'm not American and haven't seen him, NHS mostly useless

I think a lot of us have read that medical journal thing where 8 women had surgery on the pudendal dorsal nerve to destroy it and was successful. but there's no further information somehow?

but has anybody who has spoken to Dr Goldstein, has he mentioned this or has anybody asked him about it?

like who is working on this if that study is correct... and then gone because the two surgeons retired? why is that lead not being followed? was the study not legit?

it seems like Dr Goldstein is the main person looking into this, is he following this? is anybody else working on this for us? or nobody? even when some have had this caused by medicine...

and is doctor Goldstein helping people with any success or just charging?. is he doing research still? making progress?

thanks

Submerging in water?

I've heard people say hot baths and swimming helps but I'm asking if submerging in water helps people generally? like not just the relaxation and the heat?

I feel like when the area is submerged then the sensations are not as bad so maybe I have scar tissue or exposed nerve endings in the area and water is helping this not touch against other skin? I had tissue damage which I think is rare even here so idk if I'm different

but yes basically does submerging in water help most people? thanks!

Bloodflow feeling?

Hi, this is a weird question but to those where orgasm always or sometimes helps for a bit, do you feel an odd sensation after almost reminds me of like when you pour a drink and it glugs, except it feels like it's bloodflow into it out of the clitoris? this never used to happen before I had this disorder/illness

I read that usually climax makes blood flow out of that area but for some pgad, what if it's either doing that wrong and it's happening slowly after, or doing it right but then immediately coming back. is there some sort of broken valve there? I just don't know how our bodies work, it's sad :(

I guess it could just be a pulsing sensation or something but it feels like that

Swimming

Does swimming make you feel better? for me swimming or even baths help a lot. it can't just be the distraction. I feel like what if my tissue is scarred or something and the water is lubricating that. I'm so confused

I know this started for me with damaged nerves but the tissue got damaged too from either ice overuse or blood flow disruption so maybe that's why swimming helps me

or does it help everybody even without that? thanks

Hello, I tried searching but didn't find anything similar.

I made an order and made sure to use a £12 coupon. I was over the limit for that by £2 so everything should have been fine. When I went to check out I had a payment error so I tried on another card. I got a notice that payments had been taken from both accounts but it's showing as unpaid in AliExpress. no transaction is showing in my Paypal

so not only do I have the payments taken issue but I also haven't secured my order

I tried to do pay now in my order tabs but there's no option to pay for them all at once. it's just a bunch of individual orders.

If I pay for them individually then do I still get the £12 discount or am I just buying a bunch of items now

I tried to rebuy everything new again but the £12 voucher no longer activates, even though it shows in my vouchers section. Just up to £7. I suppose I could do up to a £7 order and then buy the rest with a £4 voucher or something...

thanks for any advice
