Looking for an owner op to run with BluJay Holdings out of Charlotte, NC. Need your own truck and CDL, driving record doesn't have to be perfect but reasonably clean. Southeast regional dry van, up to 500 miles. We handle all the negotiating and admin so you just drive. It's a 70/30 split, split can be negotiated based on truck performance.

We cover gas cards, ELD, insurance, and have strong broker relationships and federal contract work. Running consistent, guys are seeing 7-8k+ a week depending on their availability. Based in or near Charlotte preferred but open to talking if you're close enough.

We handle coordinating and finding freight in house so you’re not sitting around waiting or dealing with people ghosting you, it’s a 70/30 split. We are highly competitive and trained in negotiations. Running consistent we normally do around 7-8k+ a week gross depending on lanes and how much you want to run, not a guarantee, just what’s realistic if you’re serious and putting in the miles.
