Cookie was not impressed with me for this but I have been stumped. I thought Cookie was a female and then was told he was a male - now I’m not sure🤣🤦🏼‍♀️!!

Remy is 1.5 years old and the past few days I’ve noticed this on his tail (im thinking it’s tail rot) I’m going to get him booked in with the vets but wanted to double check others opinions ? Thanks
