The first the pictures are my cheek and forhead and the last 2 are my upper back. Is this normal for a 17M? I have a habit of touching and popping the pimples on my face and back and I never tried skin care before. I want to start but I don’t know what products I should use. I’ve heard people say they’ve had to see a dermatologist to get specific meds or ointments prescribed to them. If I have to do that I will but I just want to make sure this isn’t anything severe. I’m active (Gym, boxing, outdoor activities for work.) so I know sweat has a lot to do with it but I shower every night before I go to bed. I’d appreciate any tips 🙏🏾.
