New Liquid Death Machines are dope! And they definitely tweaked spawn rates!

The machines are cool! Not sure if they all do something different but the green one definitely gave energy. Also, I saw Karny say something about “seeing more quest items” in the discord. After finding 3 journals in one raid, I can definitely confirm they tweaked them. Or I just got extremely lucky. Either way, W update!
