Just sold my company at 26 and need advice

I’m 26 and recently finalized the sale of my company. Between dividends/savings over the last years and the exit, I’m sitting on roughly €5m in cash.

I definitely don't want to "retire" at 26, but my main priority is securing myself completely so I never have to worry about money again, regardless of how future projects go.

Current situation:
No debt, fully paid off apartment.
Monthly expenses: fairly low baseline since I have no rent/loans.
Passive income that covers my lifestyle. It's from my second company which is affiliate based with no expenses or employees.

What I'm thinking:

80% (~€4m): Dump into broad market ETFs (primarily VWCE) and leave it untouched for the next 15–20+ years.

20% (~€1m): Keep liquid / use to fund future ventures, maybe explore angel investing or individual picks.

I spoke with a few professional wealth managers/advisors, but honestly, all of them just tried to push high fee active funds that historically underperform the index after fees.
For the remaining 20%, I’m genuinely undecided on how to deploy it effectively without spreading myself too thin.

A few questions for the sub:

  1. For those who had a sudden liquidity event in Europe, how did you handle lump-sum deployment into broad ETFs (lump sum vs. DCA over 6–12 months for peace of mind)?

  2. Any major blind spots in this 80/20 setup?

  3. How did you mentally approach staying productive without taking reckless risks with the remaining capital?

Please let me know if 80% VWCE is too safe or would you rather do something else. Thanks!

Badrutt's palace impossible to book in peak season

I have been trying for the past 3 years to book Badrutt's palace for either New Years or Snow Polo and both occasions are fully booked or unavailable months in advance. Should I just give up? Is there a way to get a room during these times?

I was recommended to get in touch with multiple concierge agents who allegedly have the ability to get off market room deals. I have no idea if this is actually true or I just end up getting scammed.. Thanks in advance for your help!

26 years old, rich, fit, tall, famous.. and a virgin. I'm too ashamed to start dating and be a complete beginner at my age

I spent the last 10 years completely focused on building a business that I just sold and my YouTube channel which has 1m subscribers. I'm very social, in the best shape of my life and not a typical virgin awkward guy who never leaves the house.

But I completely neglected my love life. I have never had a girlfriend, never had sex and never even had my first kiss.
Because of my looks and my success, people just assume I have experience. That expectation terrifies me. Whenever girls in my circle flirt with me I panic and purposely friend zone them right away. Most recent one assumed I was secretly gay because of it which makes it worse..

The idea of a girl finding out I literally don't know how to kiss is my absolute biggest nightmare. The embarrassment of it all is just eating me alive.
Because of this fear, I can't face the embarrassment of starting from absolute zero at my age. I feel completely stuck because all my friends are the exact opposite and I have hid this from everyone, even making up stories of my past relationships (which never happened)

The fame also makes it even worse, I live in a small country where everyone knows me from social media and has big expectations of me because of my looks and status. This makes it even more embarrassing and a huge fear for me.

What the hell should I do? Has anyone else dealt with this? Do I just tell a girl I'm totally inexperienced right off the bat, or do I try to fake it? I really need advice on how to get past this mental block and finally start.

IBKR slobodna sredstva konfuzija

Rečeno mi je u banci da na IBKR ne sme ostati slobodna sredstva i da sve mora biti investirano po dogovoru u punom iznosu.

Zanima me kako to funkcioniše u praksi ako želim aktivno da trgujem?
