
Browsing Activity Paused?
I’ve been getting a “Your Browsing Activity Has Been Paused” message on Ticketmaster and I’m completely stuck.
It happens everywhere:
Logged in and logged out
Different browsers (including private mode)
Different devices
Different networks (Wi-Fi and mobile data)
So it doesn’t seem tied to one device or connection.
This is really stressful because:
I have tickets listed on resale,
I have a concert in under two weeks,
I’m worried I won’t be able to manage anything if this continues
I also had a similar issue in the past where my account was incorrectly flagged and I had to go through ID verification, which later turned out to be an error on their side.
Has anyone dealt with this specific “paused browsing activity” block before? If so, did it resolve on its own or did you manage to get support to fix it?
Any advice or insight would really help.
