Has anyone felt like there blood pools in their legs and feet. Every-time I work my feet are killing me(i wear expensive sneakers with foot inserts) and I only get relief when I lie back with my feel elevated. Then my blood pressure fluctuates like crazy, but the doctors dismiss it cuz it’s normal when they check it. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this with lyme.
Was anyone able to treat naturally without antibiotics?
How do you guys continue progressing with chronic issues. Also what should I do during a flare. I try to go to the gym and sometimes I feel dizzy and super weak. The gym is my life and I don’t want mcas to affect it.
Edit:I’ve been doing a lot of stretching and low intensity workouts, but the truth is I’m tryna get jacked :/

Extreme fatigue- can sleep 10 plus hours

Severe uncomfortable bloating- sometimes causes air hunger

Poops that cause a lot of wiping

Acid reflux
Dizziness
Dull pain in thighs
Reactions to certain foods- hard to tell which ones cause it the most
Acne- linked to gut
Racing heart when standing up
Heart palpitations- feels like my heart skips a whole beat
Past diagnoses
Rocky spotted mountain fever
bartonella
Hpylori twice
Other stomach bacteria
Celiac showed a very slight positive- never got retested and have been gluten free for over a year-just started eating gluten again so I can test for celiac to potentially get a proper diagnoses or rule it out
Cold urticaria
I think I have mcas and I’ve been going to doctors for 6 years and have not been diagnosed with anything besides what’s listed. I’m barely working right now because I just can’t and it’s so mentally draining. How do I get diagnosed? And how am I supposed to function?
