Just picked this up off FB Marketplace. What could be causing this yellowing? Is it because it’s trying to grow fruit and shoots? I can’t see any pests on the leaves. What should I do?

Also, just to be safe, can I use Dead Bug Brew even though I want to eat the fruit?

P.S this was growing outside under a tree.

I wish this happened like 4 months ago when I was looking for them lol, but alas! Hopefully someone who was holding out can be blessed with this info. $30 is great!
