People who get things like lose/loose, to/too, and your/you're confused

I can totally understand if English isn't your first language, or if you're dyslexic, but if English is your first language?

Or "I want too loose weight so my pants will be lose"

Lose and loose are pronounced differently!

What can I do with these and how usable are they in 2026? (Android 4.4.2)
