Can't log in?
So I had reached out to support for a TOTALLY separate issue that got handled (it was replied to today) - then moments ago I got an email about how my order is ready to veiw - I go to see the items via the link in my email, and it says "Unable to reactivate account"...It wasn't deactivated in the first place 😭. Is this normal? I can't log in at all, I've tried app, browser, and different devices, what's going on? lol
