Is this collar tab real and which organization does it belong to?

I believed it to be from the reichsforstdienst, but someone pointed out it could be from the shooting association.
The details are off, but that doesn’t fully convince me that its fake. I am sadly not well informed on this topic so Id appreciate help.

I have (more or less accurately) replicated this Kasernenausweis in Photoshop

I actually only had this example to go off of.
I have never seen one before either; I do not know if that was actually something soldiers received.
Online research provided little to no help in these regards.

Still: If its something of interest I can provide the pdf files to print for yourself or the photoshop files for yourself to edit.

How did they carry the signal lamp on the Y strap?

I have seen following pictures showing a button on the y strap, but I have not seen any examples of y straps like that being sold.
Were they modified by the soldiers?

Are there alternative carry methods?

Sturmgepäck usage in field

I am currently trying to build a historically accurate fdu.
Most people wear the sturmgepäck part I, some wear only the abc suit and some wear nothing on their backs at all.
As far as I can tell isn't every version accurate? If I follow one of these versions do I have to change anything else of my gear?

Probably my best haul ever

Paid 50€ for the bunch.
I havent yet done any deeper research so correct me if im wrong.
I got:
A airial post-anschluss map of the eastern front
Pair of german ww2 boots
Luftwaffe backpack
German Y-Strap
A m1 (Liner and straps i believe to be 2 ww, the shell is swapped or has been given to the austrians)
A 80s us belt
A us flashlight
And some airborne patch

Im probably gonna post a bit more about some items. If you want to see any closer Id be happy to provide pictures.

I just found a good conditioned HJ Canteen!

Its marked M6/2/37 and RZM stamped.
The canteen is from Heinrich Ritter, Esslingen and was made 1937.
It still has the red seal inside and the decorative buttons on the side.
