Is it a good idea to cycle Adderall w/ Bromantane?

Does anyone have experience cycling Adderall with Bromantane? Let’s say 4 days on Adderall and 3 days on Bromantane in a week, after already building up on Bromantane daily for a few weeks.

I’m wondering whether this would improve tolerance to Adderall or worsen it. Is bromantane going to up regulate my endogenous dopamine production or is it going to affect the same circuits that Adderall does?

*Ive tried bromantane and found that it’s the second most effective thing after adderall/vyvanse for me. Just wondering whether taking it on off days is a good idea.

Any experiences with Guanfacine + Adderall?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been on Adderall for over two years now. The first few months were life changing, but now it’s only partially effective. The thing I miss most is the “quiet head” feeling that I got initially. I’m not sure if that’s a byproduct of euphoria, but whatever it was, it was really helping with my symptoms.

Now that that’s faded, I find that my medication is good for getting things done, but not necessarily the bigger picture planning/executive function aspects which is what it was really helping me with.

Anyway, I’m considering asking my psych to try Guanfacine because I heard that it helps w/ executive function and supposedly improves sleep too. I’d love to hear your experiences of how Guanfacine helped or didn’t help you manage your ADHD.

^ Question in title. If yes, how long after surgery until you were better than before? Was it instant, or did it get worse before it got better? Would love to hear from everyone, but especially curious about those who fixed class III (underbite).

I'm getting surgery to correct an underbite + crossbite. I'm wondering whether I'm likely to get significant functional improvements. Mostly concerning sleep, breathing, cognition, nervous system regulation, etc. I think I might have UARS, but I'm not sure.

Does my airway look small or healthy?

Hi everyone,

I was scheduled to have my surgery last week, but it got postponed after my surgeon looked over my original plan and decided that a bone graft + inverted-L may be necessary for my case instead of BSSO. He thinks that the 7mm advancement + 5mm downgraft of the maxilla would create too much empty space to be left to heal on its own. I trust his judgment on this.

I'm planning on speaking with him later this month to go over the specifics of my procedure, so I'd like to be prepared with the right questions.

Does anyone have any advice regarding BSSO vs inverted-L? How would each affect the final result, risks, and recovery time?
