Looking for second opinion
In the x ray you can see the big hole i do need a root canal on that one but my question is does the tooth right next to the hole look like it got infected as well? Because they're telling me it also got infected and my dentist made a hole on that tooth for a filling but I dont see anything on the xray. Look at before and after photos. Tooth with big hole is tooth 5 and the tooth right next to the hole is tooth 4.
