description: it’s a bella x Jasper fanfic, Bella escapes Forks without becoming a vampire, thinking that she has escaped the world of supernatural creatures. Many years later, strange disappearances force her to meet with Jasper where she realizes that an ancient coven of vampires has been hunting people endowed with an extremely rare gift—human blood with the traces of extinct vampire bloodline.

Jasper is no more the timid Cullen who Bella used to know. Having spent many years out of his family hunting rogue vampires, he became one of the scariest fighters among vampires. When he learns that Bella will be the next victim, he offers to guard her, although being around her proves to be difficult for him.

While wandering through the forest, deserted towns and secret vampire territories, Bella realizes that Jasper's power to control feelings is developing. He is able not only to feel but to see the fragments of the memories in the form of emotions, and in Bella's mind there is a secret which might spark a war between the vampire covens.

The task for Bella and Jasper is to run from vampire hunters, to live through dangerous covens and to understand what makes Bella so important before the coming full moon.
