Hi,

The VPN at assisted living is blocking Roku Live TV at my grandmother’s assisted living facility. Is there anything I can do? Thanks.

Hoping someone could help me out. My 101 year old totally together grandma enjoys watching tennis and movies.

I purchased my grandma a Roku tv and scanned channels. She could use the nursing home remote to hit 247 and take her to the Tennis 2 channel. That channel now says no information.

I tried a hard factory reset. No luck. Something like YouTubeTV is too many clicks. I know I can’t control RokuTV remotely.

Any ideas? Nothing changed. Connection is good. I can use other apps. No tv is going to kill her.
