hi I’ve basically had congestion and sinus issues since 2nd grade I’m 18 cant think of the last time I had green mucus come out of nose but it seems to always be clear I don’t have runny nose but I do have to blow multiple times a day some mornings I have to spit up mucus sometimes it’s clear sometimes it’s green . I get pressure behind eyes and In between eyebrows but doesn’t happen often yet it’s happening rn idk what’s wrong with me can anyone relate? I’ve been having bad anxiety and suddenly began to spiral about this

I think I’m having an anxiety setback I’ve been anxious about having a sinus affect for the past few days and Ive been scared about if something bad will happen and I’ve noticed that I’ve had more brain fog,forgetfulness, head heaviness, racing thoughts, feeling of dread, and dissociation. and I’m very scared idk what’s wrong with me it feels like I can’t think straight sometimes someone pls help

hey guys so I took mucinex rapid clear around 10 o’clock last night before I went to bed and this morning I decided to take mucinex cold and flu because it better fit my symptoms and now I’m getting anxious and scared that I might have done an overdose. (I have bad health anxiety)

hi guys I’m currently going through a setback in my recovery journey and I am stressing out bc it feels like I’m back at square one. I have been getting anxious about everything Ive been dissociating more i feel like I’ve been peeing and pooping more than I should my head randomly will try to hurt and my mouth hands and feet will randomly get dry I wake up hot , sometimes nausea stomach has been gurgling a lot lately, my thoughts are everywhere and to seal the deal my cycle is 2 weeks late idk what to do sorry for the long post im scared 🫩

how long did it take you guys to overcome negative thoughts

hey currently been dealing with anxiety since October, quit medication around 3 weeks ago and I’ve had ups and downs but I’m definitely getting better . my question for today is has anyone else experienced random days with back pain ?
