What is up with this hunger

I ate a LOT yesterday. Just started luteal, and I was HUNGRY. Got me a good meal with baked sweet potatoes, cauliflower, some lettuce, köfte balls with bulgur and lentils and some cucumber, tomatoes and garlic yoghurt. It was DELISH. I ate until my stomach hurt and then some.

Later at night I was hungry again so we baked some bread with butter and cheeses. Amazeballs.

I slept ok, but woke up at 8 and I was fucking hungry again!!! Wth eggsticks calm the fuck down

Lupron not working (anymore)

I'm at my wits end. Short story: PMDD symptoms since '21-'22. Used zoely (worked for 3 months and then nothing), Zoloft (doses up to 150mg eventually but wasn't enough and had too harsh side effects on my stomach), so I started lupron (or lurcin, I'm in Europe) in October last year. I had 3 shots (October, November and December '25) before it started working in January. I was so happy! Every symptom I ever had was gone. I was feeling so well. I then switched to the 3month injection in January. All was well until the end of March, I sinked into a depression. I should have gotten the next shot half of April, but I did it earlier, the beginning of April (doing it myself, am a nurse). Still no improvement in May so I went back to my gyno and she said I have to be stable first before doing the oopherectomy. She agreed that it may be the 3 month injection that wasn't working enough with me. I'm back on the monthly shots now. It seemed to go better but since yesterday I'm in hell so bad I decided to restart Zoloft.

I'm so fucking done with everything. I've heard from one other person that lupron stopped working for them and they got the oopherectomy anyway (other hospital). Has anyone had this experience?

The hospital says the won't do the surgery due to it maybe being PME, although I've been a perfectly fine functioning adult up until like '21-'22.

I really appreciate your answers, please ask if anything isn't clear, I'm not very level headed 😭🫶🏼

I've been dealing with this since like '21/'22. I've used lucrin (the hormone blockers) since October last year, it finally started working in January and when I took my 3 month shot in that month it apparently stopped after 2 months? I've felt pure Bliss for 2-3 months and then in april, i slowly receded back into the depression. Today was a very shitty day, I tried to work but I couldn't. I talked to my boss and left before my lunch break. I called my gyno, or the secretary lady and I've got a call back on Monday. I'm hoping they'll go through with my oopherectomy soon, but I've got no idea how soon. This is no way to live, my god. I just want it to end
