30mg mirtazapine and cannabis experiences?
I’m travelling to Amsterdam next week and really want to smoke, but I’m worried that because I’m now on mirtazapine it might interfere? I smoked heavily daily for 4 years. I’ve been on a tolerance break for around 2 months now, and been taking mirtazapine for a month and I fking hate it, in fact I’m waiting for advice from my doctor on how to get down to 15mg safely and how to eventually ween off them completely because I’m getting terrible realistic nightmares (to the point I wake up and think they’ve happened) I can’t get out of bed for hours after waking and it has really disrupted my routine. I feel sad (hollow almost, it’s weird) without any reason and all I can put it down to is this medication.. anyway I want to get the most out of my trip away I was planning to smoke Indica, only a few puffs and see how I feel I know people react differently to others. What I’m really asking is has anyone took up smoking again after being on the medication for a similar amount of time and dose as me? And has anyone decreased from 30mg-15mg and took up smoking during that time? I am going to be honest with my doctor and ask them their opinion, but in the meantime I’d really appreciate hearing peoples experiences
