All my posts are being declined bc I have negative karma because no one agreed with my post in a subreddit. They say they’re being declined but when I refresh the views are higher like it is posted? I’m confused?
I have no experience with informatics, I’m curious where to start to get into this? Bedside is definitely not for me, but it’s the only experience I have in nursing. I have seen job listings asking for certified health data analyst and SQL certification. I’ve found how to get those, but how do I learn about them?? Any other certifications you recommend looking into??
I have taken 5 pregnancy tests in the last 5 days lol all were negative, although I thought 1 was positive but apparently not. Saw my temp drop so I thought oh I’m probably about to start my period then. I started bleeding yesterday and usually my period is very heavy immediately, but it’s been pretty light. I am still bleeding today and it’s still not much, but it’s more than I would think implantation bleeding would be. But also my temps went back up??? Could it be implantation bleeding this late? I’m so confused
I am a new grad nurse, almost a year in and I have to confess that I can’t wrap my head around why anyone likes this job. 😅 I work in med surg and it’s not because it’s med surg, I just don’t get any joy out of helping people. I wanted to work in the NICU, I didn’t get in, so I took a job in medsurg and I knew I would hate it but I didn’t know how quickly I would hate it. It really depends on the patient, some of them I mesh well with but about 90% of them I don’t want to be in their room anymore than I have to be. I’m not a social person to begin with, the socializing realllllly wears on me. I came into nursing because there were lots of opportunities but I knew that I had to get through a new grad program. I’m done in July, but I have to stay until December to get the rest of my sign on bonus so here’s hoping I can stay until then but I just don’t know. I’m still trying to get into the NICU as fast as possible, but I don’t want to be there bad enough that I want to stay in the hospital for any longer than I have to.
Can you tell based on temps if you’re pregnant?? I’m not usually this high in temp. This has been the longest 10 days of my life 😂
I have the 3rd generation iPad Pro 11 inch and I’ve been having issues with the battery life for a while. It dies without me even using it. I basically only use it to watch Netflix on now, but when I go to use it after it sitting for a day or 2 it’s almost dead. My laptop doesn’t do this and my phone doesn’t do this, but seems like I’ve always had this issue with iPads. Is the battery life on the newer ones better? Which one would you recommend if so?
