is it normal for my barber to kiss me on the cheek when he finishes

i’ve been getting my hair cut by this mexican guy for a few months now. only recently did i think about how he kisses me on the cheek after the cut is finished. is he hitting on me? have I been sending the wrong signals here by just letting it happen?
