Hi all,

I'm 27F from the UK and towards the end of last year, I had some blood tests done to find out why I was feeling so tired, hungry after eating, thirsty and always craving sugary drinks etc and of all my results, my folate showed I was low at 3.1 and the doctor put me on folic acid tablets for 3 months. I finished them a couple of months ago and had to go back for another blood test to see how my levels are now.

I had the blood test on Wednesday and they did a full blood count, b12 and folate. My b12 and folate are in range however my fbc showed that my haemoglobin is 117 and my red blood cell count is 3.77. Both are low on NHS standards but only by a small amount, however they've marked it as abnormal and says discuss with GP. I got my ferritin checked in end of november last year and it was at 23. Haven't ever had my iron tested though.

I was just wondering for those who have had the same or similar results, what was the process like for you after you got your results? I haven't heard from the doctor as I got the results on friday but I have an appointment at the doctors tomorrow for something unrelated so I'll ask the front desk about getting a call back from my doctor to discuss the results and everything.

i just received my (technically) first chinese elm bonsai tree!! it's 12 years old and i'm already obsessed 🥹 however, on the care sheet it says to soak for 10 minutes but the soil feels quite moist since they water it before shipping and it was only shipped yesterday too! so i was wondering whether to still soak it for 10 minutes and then let it rest or to not soak it and keep an eye on when it needs watering? i don't want to overwater it ;; thank you everyone!!

hi guys,

i wanted to change the gif in my lcd screen so i went onto cam to change it but my cooler isn't showing up there now. i don't know how long it hasn't been there for since i've never changed the gif from when i first built my pc back in october-ish 2024, i was just wondering if anyone has any advice to fix it? i've attached a screenshot!! thank you!!

hi all!! firstly sorry if things aren't completely clear, i only started playing minecraft about a month ago and not really good at all the techy stuff and neither is my friend ;;

i'm in a minecraft java world on version 1.21.11 with some friends and today, the world is offline on the launcher and says 'incompatible world' for me and for the host. the host was on the world yesterday and everything was fine but today none of us can join the world because it says online+ incompatible world and then says start server at minefort. however on minefort, it said the world was online?

earlier, we couldn't do anything. we couldn't stop the world, see the files or console, restart the server, start the server - nothing would work. the only thing they did was upgrade the server but this was even while the issue is happening. then suddenly the console and files loaded and the server on minefort showed up as offline. we looked through the console coding and deleted a plug in that wouldn't start/work, tried to start the world but it still wouldn't open. i saw online that deleting all plug ins can work sometimes so we're currently backing up the world before doing that, but the only issue is the previous back up was in september 2025 and if we revert to that back up, we'd lose everything we've done since then (i only joined this world and started playing about a month ago too).

i was just wondering if this has ever happened to anyone else or if anyone knows how to fix it, or how to trial and error steps to find out what the issue is? neither of us are really tech savvy here so ):

if anyone has any advice or can help i would really appreciate it! my friend doesn't use reddit or knows how it works so i'm posting here on behalf of them to see if anyone can help. thank you!!
