Tirzepatide worked great in Week 1, but cravings came back in Week 2-3. Is this normal?

I’m currently in my first few weeks on tirzepatide and trying to figure out if this experience is typical.

The first week felt incredible. Hunger was quieter, cravings were low, and eating felt much more controlled without constantly thinking about food.

But after that first week, things started feeling less noticeable. The cravings slowly crept back in and now it feels more subtle overall compared to the beginning.

Now I’m wondering:

  • is that strong “Week 1 effect” common
  • do things usually stabilize again later on
  • and is this just part of the adjustment period early on

I know starting doses are meant to ease you in, but mentally it’s hard not to compare everything to how dramatic that first week felt.

Would really appreciate hearing how this went for others.

Sermorelin dosage, how do people start?

Looking into Sermorelin and trying to understand how dosing is typically approached at the beginning.

I’ve seen different protocols mentioned, but not a lot of clear, consistent guidance on what a starting point usually looks like or how people progress from there.

For those who’ve used it, did you start conservatively and adjust over time, or follow a set protocol from the beginning?

Trying to get a better sense of how people approach this in a real-world setting.

$TDIC volume today is absolutely insane

Over 70M shares traded and the stock nearly doubled intraday. For a company that most people wrote off after the reverse split, this comeback is honestly wild.

Feels like the AI/media pivot plus regained Nasdaq compliance finally woke traders up. Watching closely to see if this holds above the $1.50 area or if profit taking crushes it tomorrow.

$TDIC chart actually looks healthier than I expected

After the brutal morning selloff today, I expected this to completely lose the $1 level. Instead it spent most of the session consolidating and buyers kept stepping in around support.

For a stock this volatile, that’s honestly notable.

Still extremely speculative, but it looks like traders are trying to build a base here rather than abandoning it completely.

Is $TDIC becoming another AI microcap momentum play?

Dreamland Limited ($TDIC) quietly pivoting toward AI/media tech was not on my bingo card this year.

Most people still think of this as a failed reverse split stock, but the AI-powered image platform MoU gives traders a completely different narrative now. In this market, AI + tiny float + Nasdaq compliance is enough to attract attention fast.

Not saying it’s a long-term investment, but as a momentum trade? I can see why people are watching it.

$TDIC feels like one catalyst away from going crazy again

This stock traded near $40 before getting obliterated. Now it’s hovering around $1 after clawing back Nasdaq compliance.

The fundamentals still aren’t amazing, but the setup is interesting:

  • low market cap
  • AI narrative
  • recent stabilization above $1
  • retail starting to notice it again

Feels like one PR away from another massive volatility spike.

$TDIC finally looking interesting again after regaining Nasdaq compliance

Not gonna lie, I thought this one was dead after the reverse split and collapse earlier this year. But regaining Nasdaq compliance changes the conversation a bit.

Now they’re pushing the AI/media angle through Trendic International and that image library partnership. Still super risky obviously, but for a microcap around $1 with a tiny market cap, it wouldn’t take much momentum to send this flying again.

Anyone else watching volume here?

$TDIC holding the $1 level surprisingly well after the morning dump

Anyone else watching $TDIC today?

Stock got slammed right after open from around the $1.35+ area down close to $1, but what’s interesting is how it stabilized afterward. Most of the day it just chopped sideways between roughly $1.01–$1.08 with volume slowly building again into the afternoon.

For a microcap that’s been this volatile lately, I honestly expected a full fade under $1 after that opening flush. Instead it looks like buyers are defending the psychological level pretty aggressively.

Could just be dead-cat bouncing, but after regaining Nasdaq compliance recently, I feel like traders are watching this one closely for another momentum move. The AI/media pivot narrative probably helps too.

Keen if anyone thinks this is accumulation or just temporary stabilization before another leg down.
