How can I achieve this look?

I've only started making plushies and I'm following a pattern from my favorite art toys and I'm a bit in a rut when trying to achieve a more expressive beak. The official plush range from having a blank expression to very expressive smiles and frowns and I really want to achieve the same but I just can't figure out how its done. If anyone has any advice on how I can achieve this look I would greatly appreciate it.

Customs advice

I'm getting into making my own custom peepys and am running into an issue with the beak that I want to see if anyone else has managed to figure out. All the beaks I have made always feel flat with their expression where as you have a lot of official peepys that have veey expressive smiles and even some frowns and I just want to figure out how to do that so that my peepys can have more character to them instead of always giving a :| kind of face. Any advice on how I can go about this would be really appreciated.

Advice for 2013 Wcion FRS

Hi so I just bought a 2013 Scion FRS with 112k miles on it yesterday and I wanted to get some advice about it. Mainly just want to find out what I should be looking for incase any problems arise as well as how to prevent any problems from becoming an issue. It has been fully serviced by a dealership prior to buying it and there weren't any major issues with it to begin with (the only thing gs that needed replacing were the struts and drive belt) and I've looked over the carfax and the previous owners appear to have taken excellent care of it with frequent maintenance always being met on time. Also woukd appriciate any advice on how not to mess up the transmission as it's stick and I can't drive stick and was planning on learning on it. I'm really excited about this car and I hope to keep it running strong for many years to come so any tips are super appreciated.

How can I get in contact with an irs representative without the automated system

I filed my taxes on April 9th using Chimes free filing through April. It said that it usually takes about 21 days for things to process but I haven't even gotten a confirmation that my tax return was even accepted yet. I just want to try and get in contact with someone from the IRS to find out if they even recieved my return at all because everyone else that I talk to who have filed haven't had any issues with their taxes and have already recieved their refunds. I've tried calling 800-829-1040 but it only gives me the automated help that's unhelpful and everytime I ask to talk to someone it says something like you can't talk to someone for the reason you need and it's so frustrating. Thank you for any and all help with this i greatly appriciate it.
