The chance with Manchester being the main villain may be low unless they show him this season if that possible. If not Manchester as the main villian what other villian do you think would fit better?

I've finished reading In Search of The Tale of Jeon Woo-chi. So far, it's my favorite tale connected to the Serpent Hand. Hoya and Jeon Woo-chi really went through hell in their past.
