Why when I group and union this line it cuts the model when I import into tinkercad?

The box with the dotted line is the line I drew to add. When I union them together and import it into tinkercad I cuts part of the model where the dotted line was.

how would i make the outlines in yellow thicker? I know if i change to outer or inner line i can adjust thickness, but then I lose the details like the eye, nostrils, etc. I amm making a 3d print and when i print this on bambu studio the yellow lines are not thick enough and don't print great.

Upscaling image quality in batches

Looking for advice on 4K upscaling a bunch of images and resizing them to fill my monitor without them looking blurry or stretched. I don’t have a 4k monitor but I’d like the photos to be the highest quality even if it’s not true 4K I’ve tried doing this with ChatGPT and all my prompts seem to fail and never get it right I’ll upload 10 images and it will batch them all together in a collage or only make one image and it never seems to figure out how to fill the screen without me having to zoom and edit it after I download the image. Are there any specific prompts or other AI platforms that I can use to do this? Thanks.
