I hope Maren wins! I liked how she pointed out Taylor Swift's duplicitious behaviour and even pointed out how low ratings from Taylor Swift's new album and complaints about the low quality in her merchandise is affecting her brand.

Also...it was brilliant how they used Swift's defense to point out the reverse confusion the showgirl theme has caused.

My favorite part is highlighted in Pink.

She brought up Taylor Swift's low ratings for the Life of a Showgirl Album and how her merchandise has received multiple complaints for quality control issues. 🤣

Maren Flagg and her legal team also used Taylor Swift's defense claim to prove that the LOAS is causing reverse confusion.

I think that Taylor Swift and her team's response was diabolical and egotistical. I highlighted the parts that I thought were most interesting and will upload Maren Flagg's reply when I can. Her reply really goes to the heart of some of the issues we have discussed on this sub about Taylor Swift and her corporation (rules for thee, but not for me theme) and it even touches on the merchandise quality control issues coming from Taylor Swift and the criticism in the last album.

Firstly, though we must drudge through the atrocious behaviour of her putting down Maren Flagg while boosting her own ego. I highlighted the parts that stood out to me the most. In the reply Maren Flagg and her attorney explain everything marvelously and they also point out how Taylor Swift is not presenting the facts accurately or honestly.

I do not believe Maren Flagg copied Taylor Swift as she had her color scheme and simply rebranded with that color scheme. There is a photo attached in the lawsuit that shows this.

Do you think this is why she is doing Pap walks on overdrive lately to distract from this lawsuit that displays Swift's hypocrisy?

Also, when I think of the word "Confessions" I think of secrets....not sin or guilt. Someone could confess to another individual a secret and it doesn't mean a bad thing, thus...the "you didn't consult a dictionary" argument comes across as silly and laughable to me. In different cultures, different words have alternate meanings too.

The funniest part of the article is when it mentions TS "quietly donated" 🙄

What happened to actually caring about kids or ill patients? Does everything need to be publicized? It appears to me that Taylor Swift and Blake Lively like to hide behind children or launder their PR through them whenever they need to seem more relateable or need to drum up good headlines or some goodwill with the public.

This donation took place last year, too.

It looks like they are still trying to expand her fan base by putting her name in sports media more. 💸💰

I don't believe Taylor Swift is a caring or kind person. It appears to me that she is motivated by her own self-interests and who she really is is very different from the image her company portrays. (One example is how she treats fellow artists, another example is her text messages with Blake Lively when she was allegedly helping Blake to take over the IEWU film.)

A lot of the donations that are publicized are tax write-offs. So it benefits Taylor PR and income/tax wise.

Do you think or believe that Taylor Swift was a factor that steered Blake Lively to settle her court case?

This is speculation and opinion-based.

There have been many reports about how Blake Lively wants to attend Taylor Swift's first wedding between her and Travis Kelce.

Blake Lively, in my opinion, still wants to be apart of high society. She attended the Met Gala the very same day she settled her lawsuit.

I find this disgusting that her and Ryan Reynolds allegedly made damaging and false claims against Justin Baldoni, Mr. Heath, and Melissa Nathan and Jen Abel and the Wayfarer Studios. I believe she actively went out of her way to ruin these kind-hearted men's lives and then goes to the Met Gala the very same day. Utterly disgusting, in my opinion.

It is rumored that Taylor Swift will have an intimate and private ceremony and a public one so there is a strong chance that Blake will be there in some part.

Blake Lively communicated to Justin that TS was one of her "dragons".

TS's PR team attempted to deny that in some part. Scott Swift supposedly stepped in to help his daughter out of this legal mess and, potentially, career-ending lawsuit.

I believe that Taylor Swift and her team gaslighted the public and her fans and were dishonest. Text messages between Taylor Swift and Blake Lively was evidence that showed that Taylor and her team were not truthful about the matter and that Taylor Swift was allegedly aiding Blake Lively in the takeover of "It Ends With Us".

More evidence was going to be released regarding Taylor Swift.

There is still another lawsuit where discovery may or may not provide more evidence detailing TS's true involvement with Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, and the lawsuit with the movie. (Stephanie Jones's lawsuit). I think that will also end in a settlement, but that depends on Jones.

Online metrics show that the public is showing increasingly negative sentiment towards Taylor Swift, especially during a high-profile time (International tour, released another album, wedding with first husband). I believe her brand and public image was becoming damaged because the lawsuit was revealing who Taylor Swift really is and, in my opinion, Taylor Swift is a mean girl and a bully just like her "pals" Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively.

Supposedly, this is not the first time Taylor Swift has aided Blake in this kind of atrocious behavior, as the texts show.

What are your thoughts? Was Taylor a factor that led to the settlement? Her father, Scott, did say in an email once that he thinks outside the box with TS's lawyers. I attached the email. It is a bit out of order.

*Sidenote\* I am working on putting together just a few thoughts about the music industry. It is not often that I reveal music industry secrets (It is good to keep things a little magical) but in light of recent headlines regarding Taylor Allison Swift, I feel I must peel back some of the layers and let you all in on a few secrets.
