Online FEMA Courses - Unable to Access - Help

Hello

I am trying to do my online modules for S-130, S-190, and L-180 through the FEMA website, but when I click on the link on the appropriate website, all three take me to a blank page with text that says, “This system will be shut down until further notice. Please contact your system administrator for questions.” I have included a screenshot of said blank website.

I have poked around online and found a suggestion to navigate to: “https://www.wildlandfirelearningportal.net/login/index.php” where I have initiated the process for a new account, but I am currently waiting to hear back for further instructions.

Does anyone have any information or insight that can help me regarding this situation?

Is anyone able to reproduce the same issues to verify that this is not just a me issue?

Any help / info / suggestions are appreciated.

Nightslayer-US, Alliance. I just finished a Kara pug on my Warrior. I was DPSing and Tanking some pulls. 2SR, MS > OS, whole nine right? SR sheet, locked and imported into raid with Gargul, whatever. Raid leader, "Youhostordie" was an okay geared rogue and his homie "Bwanbwan" was a very very fresh 70 rogue with blues and greens. They are from <digital pickles>. Zero loot was distributed / rolled on throughout the raid. It started to seem more and more sus. I asked multiple times about the loot, and was told it would be distributed at the end. We finally kill prince after 1 wipe, and the raid leader asks for a port to Shatt. I tell the mage no, no port. Lets do loot here. Raid Leader says, no we do loot in Shatt.

I knew it. We get to Shatt and everyone is immediately removed from raid group. Motherfucker ninjad the whole fucking raid. Nothing even that great dropped for the rogues! Like what the fuck!! I SR'd DPS plate shoulders from Chess, and they dropped. I was stoked. Romulus vial also dropped and it was not SR'd so I was excited to roll on that too.

Unbelievable. I have had some lame low value ninja shit happen to me, but never a full on full Kara raid ninja'd. Fucking pathetic.
