Thinking of getttign my nursing degree through wgu but I was wondering if anyone has tried this before and how it went. Was also wondering how difficult it is to even to become an officer. What are the steps and what is it that they look for.

Live in California but would like to be in the icu once I graduate. I would like to go Denver (or any other place in Colorado), Nashville, or Phoenix. How likely are chance of getting a spot at these places? What other places would you guys recommend?
