Is there really away to get better at running?
I been in 7 years been working on my running and it always something first it was breathing. I got that under control then it’s shin splints, unbearable aching in soles of my feet , not its numbness WHILE running. Back pain .. is there any like 100% way to mitigate this so I can be up from with all the super duper high speed runners ??
Edit: I’ve been through several pairs of shoes
I have custom insoles
I get shoes with max support because i also have flat feet.
