Is the Withdrawal of Resignation intended solely to preserve tenure status? I was untenured when I left service less than 5 years ago. Should I withdraw my resignation or move forward as a new hire?

Is the nomination email supposed to be sent within 48 hours of the school making entering the nomination in Galaxy? Or do I have to wait to receive the email after July 1 when budgets are finalized?
Principal sent me a screenshot of what saw on his end (I assume that was the galaxy entry) and told me to keep a look out for an email from the DOE. This was last Friday.
Am I supposed to have them submit the nomination on NTF as well?

My certification is an all grades K-12 license. i previously taught in the DOE at the middle school level. Left the DOE untenured and am now returning to the DOE to teach at a high school.

Do CLEP exams I take while not employed by the DOE count for my +30? Or will they only be accepted if taken as DOE employee?

Current public school teacher in NYC here. I've realized I can't see myself in the classroom long-term, although I do like getting to know students and helping them one-on-one. I'm considering getting a masters in Mental Health Counseling with the goal of one day providing counseling (through telehealth or private practice). My undergrad and grad studies were not in psychology. Are there any programs in NYC that might be suitable for a career changer such as myself?
For those currently in grad programs in NYC, are there any career changers enrolled in your program?
I understand I'd have to take the pre-req courses before applying.
Also, are there any part-time programs? From what I see, the programs in NYC are all full-time. I am currently working full-time and would prefer to continue working for as long as possible if I go back to school.
