No Apple News??!
Just a thought - it’d be nice to have Apple News subscription while we’re at it with the other Apple benefits. I don’t use Apple Music since I’ve been using Spotify for over a decade.

Hi fashionistas! I have wide feet because of an annoying bunion. It’s been tough trying to find something cute AND not painful 😓
Here’s a list of brands/shoes I’ve tried and worked/not worked for me (and can continue to update to help others out! ). Any recommendations yall have?
Sneakers/running shoes:
- Vejas: they work for the first few hours, but it eventually becomes too tight for my feet
- ASICS: great for running shoes and tennis shoes; I usually get half a size up for that extra toe space
- Nikes: too narrow, but fun designs
- Recs from thread:
- Nike Vomero line ; or any Nikes with the Wide width selection
- Hokas, On Clouds, Brooks, and New Balance
- ASICS for streetstyle
Flats/sandals:
- Birks: always amazing
- Vionic: I have the ballet flats and they’ve been great so far. But winter is coming so I need warmer options!
- Recs from thread:
- Teva sandals
-
Booties:
- Thursday boots: too tight and narrow for me
- Franco Sarto booties: just got a wide size and haven’t tried them much; TBD
- Recs from thread:
- Danskos: clogs, sandals and booties
- Naturalizer for heels, boots
More Recs from the thread (THANK YOUUUUU!) :
- Golas
- Born
- Birkenstocks : Birkenstock Londons for for closed toed clogs; brand also have inserts
- Lems: barefoot style
- Altras
- Wydr, Ally NYC, Blondo, Lucky, Comfortiva, Sofft, Rockport, Earth, Munro
I’m trying to enjoy and save $$$$ but things are so pricey here. I feel guilty for getting the occasional dinner out at a restaurant 😫
Anyone thought of either Maci or stem cell for cartilage regrowth?
I did college level tennis and am thinking of going through the MACI procedure for my knee. I want to get back to playing competitively and want to know if the knee could get back to those lateral movements seamlessly without falling apart🙏
