I’m new to learning about government contracting but wanting to know so when these YouTubers talk about winning contracts and then sub contracting them out are they forming an llc prior to bidding contract. For example if you see a lawn care contract but don’t have a services based business don’t you have to have an entity connected to that industry? Just a little confused about this part

About to add window cleaning to my pressure washing business, after doing a Housewash on homes I notice the windows have leftovers suds and it doesn’t look good. is there anything to know about window cleaning before I start. I started my business about six months ago and now I’m at a point where I have pretty consistent jobs, but I need to figure out a way to outsource it so I can focus on marketing and sales, and scale the business. Am I overthinking this? because I am a little resistant to do it for some reason. May be because I feel like people aren’t going to work as hard as me or whatever. I feel like I’m making money but running on a treadmill because the More jobs I get, the more I have to spend days doing the work instead of being able to fully focus on marketing, getting contracts, net working etc. what advice do you guys have ?
