Ran some backtest

ran some back test for the last previous weeks that passed and used the advice from the previous post i made traded using 1-2 mnq on the new york and asia sessions and actually made a decent break through. I’ll keep testing and hopefully can use this to come out the hole i made lmao

Advice

Beyond frustrated on this trade, my entry seemed decent however the price movement blew my daily loss. This was day one on a new funded as well. Do you all have any advice on how to avoid trades like this and how I can actually pull the account back?

Advice/guidance

I’ve been trading for about 3 months now, I passed my first eval on may 27th and managed to get 1.8k on my 1st day. However I was still new and rushed it failing on the second day, from there on it’s been kind of rough i’ve gotten around 9-10 evals, passed about 7-6 of them but messed them up trying get to funded quicker or during being funded. I feel i’ve grown over the past few months and realized I tend to overtrade and trade when needed however I feel at the point a direct account might be best for me. I feel stuck in the evals which makes me rush, I’m sure it’s a psychological thing. However I don’t know if getting a direct account might help knowing I can atleast get a payout no matter how long it takes me.
