Hiring process complete unprofessional

So I had my interview Tuesday it went well I was told I would get a email the following day about background check so they could get me in for orientation.

It's now been 3 days no email and every time I call they say "they will call me back" this process is making me not even want the job it takes 5 seconds to forward a email and that my orientation would start either Tuesday or Wednesday

The whole thing has been unprofessional my interview was scheduled for 10:00 and didn't start until 10:40

Hiring process.

Any employees know the hiring process had my interview went well manager told me they would send me a email the following day around noon so I can do background check etc so they can get me in for orientation still haven't received a email☹️
