Hi all..Pls review my SIP portfolio (holding) and advise. Age 49, horizon 10 years, risk medium but I want growth as well

Parag Parikh flexi cap : 36%
Canara robeco large cap : 24.4 % (paused, underperforming from 2 years)
UTI nifty next 50 : 24.4%
Nippon small cap: 14.6% (paused)
Kotak mid cap: 0.3% ( just started)

All the research done so far says I should move Canara funds to Ito nifty next 50..pls advise ..and are the other funds ok?

I have a massive chunk of silver which I bought when it started falling and now I have lost a major part of my money already in it..from 7 to 5 lakhs 😭 should I keep holding till it averages out? Will it ever? Or sell what is left of it..or sell some and hold some. Help pls
